Family Planning Services

In partnership with Webster County Public Health, the Outpatient Clinic at HCMH provides quality, confidential family planning services provided to you by a doctor and a registered nurse. Kelli Wallace, MD, Title Ten Family Planning Services

Clinic Services include:

• Pregnancy Testing
• HPV Immunizations
• Testing/Treatment for Sexually Transmitted Disease
• Referral for additional needs
• Well Woman Exams
• Well Male Exams
• Birth Control
• Health Education

Family Planning services for all ages.

The Clinic in Humboldt is the 4th Thursday of each month. 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
